1. Make sure the goals are ours:

To begin with, we have to set such goals which are solely ours. Generally, we set other people’s goals. We generally base on other people’s opinion or suggestion. In maximum cases, we make this common mistake in setting our own goals.

Normally, before scheduling time to any particular endeavour, we need to make both the short and long term goals. At first, our goal-setting needs to be realistic. If we cannot challenge ourselves, then it is not a real goal.

If we cannot sight our goals, then we will not be able to track our own progress. In that case, it will be extremely difficult to stay motivated. As a result, we will easily get demotivated.

In fact, our tour and travel after a gap of say six months or one year or so help us to stay motivated. It is also a good idea to go out even for a few hours with our family or friends, at least once a week.


It is also necessary to take rest in between daily work. For instance, we will work for ½ to 1 hour at a stretch and then take a short break of 5-10 minutes.

8.Watch and read motivational speeches or stories:

In the first place, we will daily watch and read motivational speeches and stories. Daily, in the morning and at night, we will give 5-10 minutes for this. Sometimes, we may attain motivational seminars.

We will try to find a job which we like. When we do something that we love, there is every possibility of our success. Moreover, it will help us to stay motivated and easily give the best of us.
