INDIAN SPICY PRAWN MASALA
In the first place, preparing prawn masala is very simple. It is very delicious if it is cooked properly. It is full of flavor. The preparation process is fairly easy. The ingredients include very common Indian spices. So you need not panic.
The cooking process completes in two steps. The first step is to marinate the prawns ( Chingri). The prawns are marinated till the time it takes to make the gravy. The process takes only 15-20 minutes to be complete.

Marination For Prawn Masala Recipe:
To start with, we need
. 1 Tablespoon of ginger, garlic paste.
- 2 tablespoon of curd.
- Salt as per taste.
- 1 Tablespoon of cooking oil.
- One Tablespoon of lemon juice.
Gravy for Prawn Masala curry
- Two Tablespoon of cooking oil.
- 1 Large onion chopped.
- 1Tea spoon of ginger garlic paste.
- 2 Medium tomatoes chopped.
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
- one teaspoon of coriander powder.
- 1 A teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- 1 A teaspoon of garam masala powder.
- Salt according to taste.
- Coriander leaf to garnish.
Steps to Marinate the Prawns
At first, we will marinate the prawns.
In the first place, we will Gather marinated ingredients.
Thereafter, in a bowl combine the ingredients and add the prawns. Then mix to coat all the prawns well.
Cover the bowl, and store it in the refrigerator while we make the gravy.
Preparation of the Prawn Masala gravy.
At first, we will heat the cooking oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed pan.
When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, sauté until it begins to turn a pale golden brown colour.
Then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
After that, add these three items- tomatoes, all the powder spices, and salt as per taste and we will mix them well.
Sauté the masala of all the mixes until the oil begins to separate from the mix. It can take a maximum of 10 minutes.
When the masala looks ready to turn off the heat.
Finally, put the gravy into the food processor after it cools down and makes a smooth paste.
Afterwards, remove the paste in a bowl.

At first, use the same frying pan and then turn the heat on medium
Once it is hot add the marinated prawns and sauté until it just a little bit changes its colour.
Then we will add the prepared masala. The curd will release water, so there is no need to add water.
Thereafter, we will cook for 1- 2 minutes in slow flame.
When the gravy will be thick enough turn off the flame
Then Garnish it with chopped coriander leaf as it will look good. and serve hot prawn masala curry with chapattis or steamed rice.
