Apricot is amazingly nutritious and impressively healthy. Yellow and round-shaped apricots are actually stone fruits (drupes). They are highly nutritious. They provide numerous health benefits. As per USDA National Nutrient Database, it is rich in vitamins A, C, K and E along with niacin. Moreover, it contains trace amounts (lower than 5% of RDI, required daily intake) of several essential vitamins. They are:
